DIRECTIONS:
Apply a small amount of lip scrub to clean lips. Use the enclosed lip brush and gently exfoliate in a circular motion with the thin bristles. Wipe clean with a tissue. Apply hydrating lip balm to lips to hydrate, soften, and heal lips. Use the round bristles side of the brush to massage the lips and stimulate blood circulation.
